- Be able to achieve desired output at station within Takt; escalate when not possible
- Strictly adheres to Manufacturing Instructions to perform their job; highlight any discrepancies
- Capable of performing pre-use checklist for workstation(s) or tasks
- Able to perform autonomous maintenance for the workstation
- Able to perform and sustain 5S at their workstation(s)
- Completes a minimum of 1 Take Charge per quarter
- Capable of detecting abnormalities in their process and escalates to Sr. or Lead Technician
- Basic understanding of safety around the factory and as it applies to their job function
- Performs Level 1 jobs independently within Takt after certification
- Strong communication to explain processes and any issues that arise
- Performs autonomous maintenance for workstations assigned
- Able to use manufacturing systems according to written manufacturing instructions
- Understands basic electricity and how it relates to their workstation and job functions
- Ability to adhere to all ESD procedures
