Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in building,growingand leadingengineering teams
• ExperienceinDesign and Architecture of products involving software and hardware
• Experience inmicro-architecture,logicdesign and/or verificationof ASIC/FPGA designs
• Experience in the development, design, implementation, testing and deployment of kernel drivers and/or embedded firmware
• Ability to crisply articulate end-goals and trade-off when faced with an engineering challenge that is not well defined
• Excellent communication skillsin English
• BSc/MSc in ElectricalEngineeringor ComputerEngineeringor Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications:

• Development of productsused in large data centers
• Networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, RDMA)
• Familiarity with storage systems
• HW/SW co-development

• Serve as Azure Core Compute Serbia lead
• Build, grow and maintain the local team. The team should quickly come up to speed and begin contributing to the progress of the relevant projects.
• The team leader should build a team that is happy, with a great work environment, delivers on time and at great quality.
• Architect, design,implement, test, deploy and supportFPGA/based solutionsand the corresponding softwarefor acceleration/offload products that are deployed in Microsoft’s cloud data centers
• Establish ties and work tightly and effectively with other Microsoft teams.
• Deliver and deploy the products while weighing the various engineering constraints(e.g.performance, schedule, power,etc.)
• Deliver theproduct intocloud production environmentsand support itthroughits lifetime
