AsSenior, Materials Manufacturingon the Footwearteam, you will drive materials excellence in partnership with our Materials vendors, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

• You will drive and support vendors to deliver strong performance forMaterials Manufacturingquality, delivery, costing and sustainability priorities. You will manage key initiatives execution, alert to both opportunities and risks for relevant objectives, managing and escalating as needed. You will manage manufacturing and delivery issues, ensuring impacts are mitigated and issues are resolved.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 5+years relevant supply chain/manufacturing work experience

• Specific knowledge and experience in footwear manufacturing and supply chain management is preferred.

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills

• Project and time management skills; commitment to delivering results, on time

• Ability to network across a complex, matrixed environment, and utilize internal and external resources

• Influencing skills & ability to collaborate and drive change with various external partners and cross-functional internal teams

• Comfortable engaging with both external partners and internal stakeholders and building strong partnerships

• Ability to maintain focus through ambiguity and change

• Ability to travel 10%
