Your key responsibilities

Your main task will be supporting our Consulting team in client engagement management and invoicing. This may include tasks like:

  • Coordinating weekly operations meetings and preparing material for them
  • Support role in the full client engagement lifecycle from opportunity creation to supporting with due diligence for new engagements.
  • Support role in client invoicing activities.

In addition to that your role may include administrative tasks such as calendar management, preparing presentation materials, event management, meeting, and travel arrangements. You will be in a key position to support our partners with their work in exceeding customer expectations.


Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role, we expect you to have:

  • Relevant educational background (e.g., BBA, HSO)
  • Previous experience from similar tasks
  • Fluent skills in Finnish and English
