What You'll Do
- Program Management: Manage complex cross-functional strategic programs within Performance Marketing that can focus either on our Mobility or Delivery lines of business
- Documentation: Establish consistent and high quality documentation standards on key strategic initiatives across functions as part of our Centre of Excellence
- Operational effectiveness: Connect and provide guidance to channel-specific operational partners as it pertains to ways of working, roles and responsibilities, processes and workflows
- Communications: Support key internal Performance Marketing communications to promote connection, exchange and flow of information among channel teams and main stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, strategy and planning or program management
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing
- Understanding of Performance Marketing or CRM as a function and how it can contribute to business goals

- Ability to drive multiple projects at the same time to on-time completion
- Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from company context
- Good interpersonal skills: experience managing successfully with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Good organizational skills & attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, initiative, & proactive planning

- Critical thinker who is able to solve business problems and communicate solutions in an engaging way to cross-functional teams
- Experience in high-paced globally distributed organizations
- Experience in the tech industry.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
