In this role you will,

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, process owners, data SMEs, and Region stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure accurate data mapping and localization.
Coordinate across multiple IT systems and integration points to align on data architecture, interfaces, and staging requirements.
Manage data readiness including data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and cutover planning, ensuring quality and compliance.
Develop and maintain deployment plans, risk and issue logs, and regularly communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align on data ownership, accountability, and operational handover post-deployment.Ensure data governance and compliance policies are followed throughout the deployment lifecycle.

• Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• 10+ Years of experience in Technical Project Management, with strong focus on data deployment or data migration.

• Prior experience working on SaaS implementations or enterprise application transformations.

• Strong understanding of master and transactional data structures across domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Pricing, Orders).

Exposure to Oracle ERP / CRM data models.

• Demonstrated ability to work across complex IT landscapes and business functions in global environments.

• Strong expertise in driving Quality Assurance/Testing

• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Rally,
PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Effective and inclusive facilitator with exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation that can influence stakeholders and build consensus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor scrum team.
• Proven ability to work with business and IT teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
