JOB DESCRIPTION

You will focus on Leading CX Order to Cash initiatives and tool development with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless integration of tools and process to optimize OTC.
Develop, Standardize, and Train OTC organization on tools and policies and implement performance improvement initiatives to achieve established metrics.
Drive improvement inPast Dues, Credit Holds, Collections, Disputes, Unapplied Cash, and First PassYields metrics


Past Due Preventions Activities:

  • Preform Data Analytics and Root cause to identify and prioritize non-payment challenges.
  • Proactively engage with internal or external customers and drive actions to prevent/reduce non-payment.
  • Effectively manage all associated risks and dependencies on targeted projects.
  • Offer creative solutions to complex situations in a timely manned, emphasizing on-time payment.
  • Maintain and report project progress and status updates.

Project / Tasks Management:

  • Independently manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Understand and navigate through resource constraints.
  • Proactively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and process owners to meet commitments and escalate issues.
  • Identify, communicate, and execute solutions that eliminate barriers and mitigate risks.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize software and tools for non-payment data analysis to focus on financial impact and flag risk awareness.
  • Analyze data in a manner appropriate to supporting,driving, or influencing management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Min. 4 years of CX or process improvement involving transformational initiatives across multiple functions/regions.
  • Understanding of OTC/Order Management/Collections process.
  • LEAN or Six Sigma trained/certified.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork.

Nice to have:

  • Good business acumen.
  • Strong Communications skills, spoken and written, able to present concise plans and ideas to management.
  • SAP superuser and SFDC knowledge.
  • Process mining/process modeling tools is a plus (Signavio, Celonis, etc.,)
  • SAP FSCM (collections and disputes) is a plus.
