- Training Content Creation: Design and develop training content, including documentation, videos, and web pages, to onboard employees to new scalable platform products
- Develop data management dashboards to enhance data visualization
- Work on developing cost models for operational costs in construction and manufacturing
- Research and introduce new features and processes to improve the project management process
- Create cost models to assist teams in optimizing resource allocation while pushing for cost optimization
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Design, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience using Figma or similar design software to create interactive and collaborative design visuals.
- Solid understanding of data design visualizations and how they enhance user experience.
- Proven experience in cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost control management, and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other project management software
- Quick learner and adaptable, can pivot when needed to
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial data and insights to project teams and senior management
