Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies, including diversity initiatives.
- Utilize internal and external methods, search firms, agencies, and direct sourcing/networking to identify and attract talent.
- Screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified recommendations to hiring managers.
- Facilitate and communicate feedback to key stakeholders.
- Partner with business, Compensation, and HR teams to structure and negotiate offer packages in compliance with regulatory policies.
- Ensure timely production of necessary documentation and obtain required hiring approvals.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Adhere to all hiring policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coach and train new recruits, assuming informal or formal leadership roles within the team.
- Participate in recruiting events and activities, and conduct market research on competitive organizations.
- Assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup's interests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in external and internal recruitment.
- Proven experience working with senior management.
- Strong knowledge of search and direct hiring techniques.
- Expertise in sourcing talent through social media channels and networking activities.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree.
