Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation, negotiation, analysis, escalation, and finalization of all site agreements and budgets
  • Accelerate negotiations by using budget parameters
  • Working with legal stakeholders to negotiate contracts
  • Maintain regular communication and escalation to expedite the planning, execution, issue resolution, and management of Site/Investigator agreements.
  • Understand Site Activation requirements versus contracting turnaround times to support study site authorization

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience managing clinical site contracts & budgets or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues
  • Demonstrates the ability to have strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and orally
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills demonstrated by being proactive, customer-focused, and independent critical thinker

Maximum Salary: $ 110500

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
