And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:
* Support the Implementation Managers throughout the life cycle of an Implementation Request, including but not limited to:
o Coordinate / schedule client calls
o Participate in client calls and internal project status meetings
o Prepare meeting minutes, project plans and timelines
o Follow-up on and track takeaways and deliverables to completion
* Use tracking tools and systems to document and update the current project status, issues, and risks. Enrich the systems with additional data and attachments
* Fluent written and spoken in English language (mandatory)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both clients and internal partners
* University degree (completed or in progress)
* Attention to details and ability to multi-task
* Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution
* Team player and willingness to collaborate
