- In-depth business knowledge and experience across a range of subject areas including, Industrial Relations, Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing Operations, Product Cost Reduction,Supply Chain Optimisation, & NPI processes,
- Ability to think and plan strategically while managing detail of execution.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with a track record of developing and motivating talent and developing large teams.
- Exceptional ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness, while maintaining acute attention to detail.
- Ability to balance short-term execution needs with long-term strategic goals
