Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administration of processes in Talent systems: hiring, changes in status, and termination.
  • Monthly and ad-hoc reporting on diverse HR related data.
  • Administration of modules in leave management system.
  • Screening job applications and scheduling interviews.
  • Administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Requirements:

  • University degree or a student in their last years of their studies.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Ability to manage work under multiple deadlines.
  • Work under pressure and ability to multitask.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude, ability to take ownership and responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
