Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with large scale distributed systems.
- Experience with Cloud development (e.g., GCP, etc.).
- Experience partnering closely with Product Management and multiple engineering teams to achieve business goals.
- Experience working with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and carrying pager and supporting production environments.
- Familiarity with control plane and managed service concepts, including scalability, availability, replication, workflows.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud, Spanner, OnePlatform, Borg, Tenant Manager, GCE, etc.
