As a

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment.
  • Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party systems including Gallagher and Lenel).
  • Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
  • Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects.
  • Contract retention and new client contracts
  • Driving expansion on customer sites to other systems not currently under contract.
  • To maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing measurable outcomes for our customers using the technology we can provide.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • At least 4 years’ experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems.
  • Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment
  • NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential
  • Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party systems including Gallagher and Lenel).
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Good communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
