Key job responsibilities
-Partner with technology enablement, product development, engineering, security and other internal AWS teams to manage business requirements for large-scale, complex sales applications and reporting products, and guide deployments of new functionality-Lead project planning, mechanism design, and execution of initiatives to drive operational excellence and long-term scale across multiple domains, such as access control, vulnerability management, master data architecture management, project intake, scoring models, and request prioritization-Design and execute continuous improvement of tools, processes and analytics for project and portfolio management-Manage program execution end-to-end, ensuring effective and on-time delivery

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- U.S. Citizenship

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 2+ years of experience using business intelligence tools to develop data and dashboards (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
- Ability to write and debug SQL queries
- Experience in creating and presenting executive-level analyses and narratives to drive decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the US DoD and/or NatSec customer environments
- Experience working within a high-growth, fast-paced technology company
- MBA or Master's degree in relevant field
- Active US Govt TS/SCI security clearance
