This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.Key job responsibilities
- Own project planning, metrics development, and reporting to drive successful and on-time delivery of initiatives across multiple domains, such as access control, vulnerability management, master data architecture management, project intake, and request prioritization
- Partner with sales, operations, technology enablement, engineering, security and other internal AWS teams to define business requirements for sales applications and reporting products, and influence roadmap priorities and milestones

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- 2+ years of experience using business intelligence tools to develop data and dashboards (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
- Ability to write and debug SQL queries
- Experience in creating and presenting executive-level analyses and narratives to drive decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within a high-growth, fast-paced technology company
- Experience within the US DoD and/or NatSec customer environments
