- 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, consulting, or program/project/deal management
- Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Track record of executing complex, high-impact initiatives from conception to completion, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Proven success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while delivering results

- Basic proficiency in data analytics (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, SQL), coupled with strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
