Asa Lead Systems Engineer IPT Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotalrole in in driving our organization's growth and success. You will lead the Core Display ApplicationsIntegrated Product Team (IPT) and collaborate with various departments todevelop and deliver cutting-edge display solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include overseeingthe development and integration of display applications for the Next GenerationAvionics project Anthem, ensuring the successful delivery of high-qualityproducts to our customers. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of ourDeer Valley, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will havea significant impact on our Aerospace Technologies business unit by leading theIPT and driving the development of cutting-edge display applications. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration ofthese applications into our aerospace systems, contributing to the advancementof aviation technology.

• Lead the Core Display Applications IntegratedProduct Team (IPT)
• Oversee the development andintegration of display applications for aerospace systems

• Bachelor’s degree from an accreditedinstitution in a technical discipline such as engineering, computer science,technology, mathematics
• Proven track record of success insystems engineering roles
• Strong technical background indisplay applications for aerospace systems
• Experience leading cross-functionalteams
• Excellent communication andleadership skills

• Master's degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Knowledge of industry standards andbest practices
• Strong problem-solving anddecision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment
