As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, your focus will be support the regional project team todrive source and procurement excellence. You will have responsibility tosupport Project executing Sourcing Plans leveraging Sourcing tools, processesand strategies. You will ensure compliance with company business policies andprocedures, Export /Import regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with Project Team to drive activities on supporting business needs and achieve procurement metrics goals
• Lead sourcing activities/projects and drive to meet and exceed the key metrics goals as set by leadership.
• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, and key or high impact suppliers, etc.
• Lead strategic negotiation on long term agreements with specific suppliers. Assemble and analyze data to determine behavior patterns to identify opportunities for YOY productivity/cost improvement.
• Identifies and drives cost/spend reduction opportunities through partnership with the Project teams. Continue drive cross business/sites leverage/synergy opportunities
• Builds and understands total cost of ownership for the project product/service.
• Manage category PSLs and continue rationalize supply base trends in the region and can quantify potential impacts to business results

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• BS degree in Engineering or Supply Chain & 8 years minimum procurement experience; Project experience is highly preferred
• Proven negotiation skills, hands on experience of e-Auction
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; fluency in English;
• Strong work ethic; self motivated; results oriented and capable to drives and achieve /exceed goals; steadfastly pushes self for results
• Regional/Multi-sites (remote) sourcing experience is a plus
• Highly integrity, responsible and open-minded
• Ability to work in an organization undergoing a transformation journey
