Description
For sustaining production, you will manage day to day operations to meet weekly Master Production schedules (MPS) per WW planning’s priority, region’s mix and overall pack out quantity with explanation of shipment delta, cycle time goal; articulate impact on the organization in revenue and costs. By effectively communicating requirements and schedules, you will facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams, thus enhancing product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness while ensuring cost-efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.- Order Cycle Time (OCT) and Time Dependency Model (TDM) Management.- Short term and long term capacity planning and execution. - Early Involvement with New Project Development. - Establish Good Working Relationship with Local OEM and 2nd Tier Suppliers.
Key Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience in manufacturing industry with managing factory operational background, interfaces with or manages cross functional teams engineering, quality system, IS&T, cost etc... will be the preference.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with an innate ability to lead NPI and sustaining programs effectively and independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while running multiple projects.
- Good vision, analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skill and interaction with people
- Result oriented, strong in leadership
- Willing to work from OEM factory
- English & Vietnamese proficiency (Mandarin also a benefit)
Education & Experience
BS or MS degree
