Your Impact

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of software engineering background before becoming a Manager

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers primarily working with a major public cloud provider (GCP preferred).

  • Deep knowledge of modern infrastructure management and engineering practice, including Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., GCP , AWS , Terraform, K8s , etc.)

  • Solid understanding in at least one of the public cloud technologies (GCP, AWS , Azure)

  • Deep knowledge of modern software development tools/ways of working (e.g., git/GitHub, DevOps tools, metrics/monitoring) and development environments to provide DevOps services and solutions

  • Experience with building tools to improve the reliability of systems, automated remediation of issues, or improve scalability with hands-on experience collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity

  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Active listening, conflict resolution skills, strong problem-solving abilities

  • Capacity to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions quickly

  • Understanding of the company's business goals and the ability to align team efforts accordingly

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $215,000 - $245,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
