Attainment of organizational performance goals and objectives relating to safety, security, availability, scaling, and efficiency in support of our data center operations.Vendor management of colocation data center services providers, if required, to meet or exceed contracted performance SLA’s.Oversight of a preventative maintenance system and the adherence to schedules, evaluation and performance of our infrastructure supporting the data center operations.Experience in successful insourcing and/or outsourcing specific maintenance task balancing internal skillsets with frugality.Safety, security, and availability incident response, incident management, and incident resolution.Continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools.Diverse Experiences

- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing data center operations, facility engineering operations, critical environment facilities, data center build-outs and scaling, general manufacturing or similar
- 6+ years of data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance experience, managing managers
