JOB DESCRIPTION

You will report directly to our Sr IT Supervisor andyou’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, MX location on a on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact theorganization by:
- Providing timely and effective technicalfacilitate to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting network engage problemsand assisting with network configurations.
- Assisting with the installation,configuration, and maintenance of software applications. - Documenting and maintaining accuraterecords of facilitate tickets and resolutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical facilitate and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot network engage problems and assist with network configurations.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of facilitate tickets and resolutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ITfacilitate or a related field
  • Strong troubleshooting andproblem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customerservice skills
WE VALUE
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+,Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA)
  • Experience with ITIL best practices
  • Knowledge of network protocols andconfigurations
