What you'll do
The Role:
- Collaborate with the team manager to plan, track, and report on project progress and impact.
- Actively seek and implement opportunities for automation within the team’s operating model.
- Support the project’s backlog to ensure that milestones and achievements are clearly understood, enabling the team to make continuous progress and maximize value.
- Identify opportunities for project teams to evolve into high-performing, self-organized agile teams.
- Assist the team manager in finding effective techniques for project backlog management and executive reporting.
- Help determine applicable metrics to track progress.
- Foster collaboration and interactions within the team.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences in Germany, pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM or Business field.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.
- Knowledge of common development practices, service-oriented environments, and Agile practices.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and implement customization of various project management tools like Jira, Airtable, GitHub.
- Fluency in English language (German is a plus).
