We are looking for an engineering lead with experience in leading teams that build and efficiently run services. As the team lead, you will be leading, coaching, and mentoring a talented, diverse team of engineers to achieve success. You will have the opportunity to influence the roadmap of new and existing services, as well as contribute to design and architecture. You will work cross-group to drive consensus for customer-oriented outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience with large scale services architectures and techologies.
• Demostrated expereince leading and growing team.
• Demostreated expereince in collaborating with geograpically distributed partner teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development expereince.
• Experience building solutions with Azure is a plus(Cosmos DB, Azure Tables, Service Fabric, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Appinsights, AAD, pipelines) is a plus.

• Running services with high standards of service metrics and data driven innovation
