We are seeking a highly experiencedto manage and lead the EPIN (Edge, Print, Networking) servicing team, focusing on the delivery of high-quality monthly Patch Tuesday updates. This role involves addressing both security and non-security issues across critical networking and system areas, including TCP/IP, Print, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, and Network Security. As a Senior Engineering Lead, you will drive the servicing of these core components while ensuring compliance with industry security standards and engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages C, C++
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in development and sustaining TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and Print systems.
• Deep knowledge of network security, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Windows OS internals,especially related to networking and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex networking and security issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development andmaintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working with Windows networking stack and troubleshooting issues across multiple layers.
• Strong communication

• working onTCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Print systems, Network Security, and Firewall components in Windows OS.

• timelydelivery of securityupdatesand non-security fixes, addressing critical vulnerabilities in collaboration with security teams.

• Drive engineering excellence by adhering to best practices in servicing and bug fixing, ensuring high-quality code.

• Lead troubleshooting for complex networking and security issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
