Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop long-term alliances with key clients and build strong relationships with customers' decision-makers

  • Increase market penetration and exploit new opportunities for single-component applications and subsystems

  • Drive customer satisfaction to the highest degree, considering business circumstances

  • Formulate and execute all sales and commercial activities for Turkey and Middle East

  • Drive new business acquisition and ensure rapid deal closure

  • Identify and develop new leads, converting them into projects aligned with the product business unit

  • Oversee budgeting, re-pricing strategies, and forecasting activities

  • Optimize profitable revenue growth across the existing customer base

  • Handle administrative responsibilities, including supply and supplemental contracts, logistics, and related documentation

  • Identify, together with Business Units, the most appropriate solution in terms of technology, profitability, competitiveness, and sustainability for the customer base

  • Represent customer needs internally and align them with Johnson Electric’s strategy and product roadmap

  • Travel extensively (50–60%) to maintain close contact with customers and partners

Our requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, with an Electromechanical or Electrical background

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

  • Profound market knowledge in the field of actuators and a good network in Turkey

  • Highly self-organized, motivated, and resilient personality

  • Strong hunter mentality, excellent communicator and energetic team player

  • Fluent in Turkish and English

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people in different functions

  • Entrepreneurial and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Proactive and organized person with high communication and problem-solving skills
