In this role, you will collaborate with our operations and development teams. Together, you will be creating tooling and software that monitors and improves the reliability of our systems. You will work with various technologies as we release brand new applications and modernize our existing tooling.

As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

Deploying and maintaining the platform and tools used internally
Partnering with multiple teams to ensure the availability, reliability, scalability and usability of our products and services
Collaborating with our support, operations and engineering teams to investigate and troubleshoot complex problems
Improving our system monitoring and analysis platform to speed error detection and remediation, enhancing performance and reliability
Participating in on-call rotations, guiding restoration and repair of service-impacting issues
Working with Dev and Quality Assurance teams to create more robust solutions, code improvement and stability

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 2 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent experience
Possess an understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Grafana, or Loki
Have experience and knowledge with networking technologies such as routing, firewall and DNS
Possess analytics and troubleshooting skills, ability to extrapolate from incomplete information
