As the SAE responsible for strategic accounts and the development of client relationships, your missions will include:

  • Developing a business development plan for each customer, with concrete steps to generate opportunities on a quarterly basis.

  • Identifying and generating sales opportunities aimed at helping our customers succeed in their projects—both as a lead on implementation projects and in support of customer and/or partner teams.

  • Leading an extended Services team composed of Business Transformation Consultants, as well as Technical and Functional Experts.

  • Being an integral part of the “Value Added Team” account structure, in order to define the most compelling value proposition for our customers and support the sale of our Cloud solutions.

  • Achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives set for the year, while providing maximum visibility on the progress and closing of ongoing deals.

Profile sought:

  • Proven experience in complex sales (10+ years): negotiation and closing of SAP integration and support contracts.

  • Ability to build support offers that guide our customers through their business transformation.

  • Results-driven and focused on delivering value to customers.

  • Autonomy and leadership in creating value propositions for clients and in collaboration with partners.

  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new offerings. Innovation-oriented: AI, Business Data Cloud.

  • Strong self-awareness, with the ability to recognize personal strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
