•Use the Standard Transition Process to execute Sourcing Transitions and manage Sourcing re-source / outsource projects to meet deliverables and contribute to Commodity strategies – growth, sustain, and removal of suppliers.
•Lead cross-functional, global teams of Commodity Managers, Design Engineering, Product Engineers, Product Management, Supplier Development / Quality Engineering, Planning, and others, including engaging and driving suppliers, to execute as needed to achieve deliverables as set by the business, and ensure the teams identify and manage risks/opportunities.
•Develop project plans, coordinate activities to execute the plans, and ensure all supplier quality, delivery, and pricing objectives are being met.
•Lead cross-functional, global teams of Commodity Managers, Design Engineering, Product Engineers, Product Management, Supplier Development / Quality Engineering, Planning, and others, including engaging and driving suppliers, to execute as needed to achieve deliverables as set by the business, and ensure the teams identify and manage risks/opportunities.
•Develop project plans, coordinate activities to execute the plans, and ensure all supplier quality, delivery, and pricing objectives are being met.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Program Management, or Engineering.
•5+ years of experience in supply, materials management, transitions or project management, or related field.
•5+ years of experience with Project Management, Sourcing, or Factory Transitions of high-dollar projects with aggressive timelines.
•5+ years of experience with common process management tools, for example, transitions protocol, project tools, risk assessment, total cost model, etc.
•5+ years of advanced experience using Excel (Pivot tables, v-lookups, and data consolidation), PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
•Availability to travel domestically and/or internationally (30%)
