Job Description

The role of the Animal Healthencompasses the Baltics, West Balkan, Bulgaria, and Ukraine

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coach, develop and manage the team according to our talent development strategy.
  • Monitor and compare sales forecasts, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, planned shipments, and stock levels in SAP for biopharma, technology, and medical device portfolio, ensuring proper stock movement and placing orders to maintain sufficient stock levels for manually ordered products while verifying shipping documents from production sites.
  • Ensure effective communication with the warehouses for customer shipments and issue and forward delivery notes.
  • Provide information to different stakeholders, handle complaints, process customer orders, track order and invoicing, verify payments and credit limits, manage promotions, tenders, commercial agreements with wholesalers, discounts, rebates, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare contracts for signature and maintain the contract database online system.
  • Support internal stakeholders duringbudget and demand planning cycles.
  • Take responsibility to run and update internal systems to support the business processes.
  • Ability to take over project lead role, when required.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have min 5 years’ previous experience in relevant role at a multinational company,
  • Candidates with people management experience will be preferred.
  • S/he has a qualification at ‘higher education’ level.
  • Good command of English is necessary.
  • Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required.
  • Strong SAP knowledge is a must have.
  • Strong analytical and priority management skills, the ability and willingness to keep learning.
  • S/he is a team player, who can work autonomously.
