As a Digital Marketing - Product Manager - Associate within the J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management Digital Marketing organization, you will be instrumental in setting the strategic vision and leading the development of digital solutions and products. You will work closely with our stakeholders and assist the Marketing Experience Product Owner to promote cross-product initiatives. Your role will involve defining, prioritizing, and delivering cross-product integration that enhances our internal users' workflows and accelerates marketing speed-to-market. You will also play a key role in maximizing marketing ROI through seamless system connections.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy and Vision:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define a clear vision for cross-product integrations aligned with business goals.
- Develop a roadmap that outlines integration milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:
- Evaluate existing workflows and identify bottlenecks for Digital Marketing platforms and the associated integrations in the ecosystem.
- Translate business workflow, User Interface and User Experience into detail product backlog consisting of a set of Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, user interface mock-ups, process and data flow diagrams.
- Work closely with cross-functional product teams to understand integration needs and define user stories and create requirements and design documentation.
- Prioritize user stories backlog based on Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
- Initiatives Management
- Lead end-to-end integration initiatives, from scoping, development, testing, deployment, training, change management and operationalization.
- Work closely with integration partners to ensure timely delivery and completion of outstanding action items.
- Coordinate status update from integration partners and prepare integrated status reports.
- Maintain and ensure documentation completeness in collaboration tools (Confluence, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, etc).
- Manage Business UAT/ End-to-end testing, lead defects/backlog triaging with integration partners during testing phase.
- User Experience and Adoption:
- Advocate for user-centric design and seamless experiences to achieve efficiencies.
- Work with Business users to implement process improvement based on recommendation/findings from as-is process analysis.
- Drive change management to implement process changes and monitor adoption rates as well as gather feedback to iterate on integrations.
- Train teams on updated workflows and best practices.
- OKR Measurement:
- Work with business partners to define objectives and key results as well the tracking time frame for each integration.
- Regularly assess OKR and adjust prioritization accordingly.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degrees in Digital Marketing, IT or related field.
- Proven experience ( at least 5 years) as a product manager in the Agile project delivery environment for Digital Marketing platforms.
- Experienced in process reengineering and UX design.
- Familiarity with Workfront, Marketing Cloud and Content Management System.
- Familiarity with tools like Lean, Six Sigma and design thinking.
- Detail orientated with good organizational and strong communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvements.
