What you will do in this role:
- Product Roadmap - execute the product roadmap for the website toolkit, including product evaluations, identification of user experience improvement opportunities, and translating business workflows into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Product Adoption - maintain and ensure documentation completeness in collaboration tools (Confluence, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, etc.). Train teams on updated workflows, new components and best practices.
- Product Testing - manage business UAT/ End-to-End testing, lead defects/backlog triaging with integration partners during testing phase, and ensure product releases comply with internal policies, regulatory and accessibility requirements.
- Website Experience Improvement – conduct UX audits and identify opportunities to partner with internal Digital teams to deliver web functionality enhancements, resolve bugs, and improve the digital client experience.
- Website Analytics and Reporting – regularly monitor and analyze website traffic, delivering regular performance reports for marketing campaigns and landing page template optimization.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience working in Agile and waterfall SDLC, with understanding of full stack development, End to End testing, and post launch validations.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and UI and Product workflow tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles as well as trends in web development
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail to work effectively with stakeholders. Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for team members.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
- A genuine curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable running product demos with internal and external stakeholders across global teams.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and how web experiences can impact marketing efforts.
