Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environments, including FP&A and project management experience.

Ability to influence through strong relationship management, business expertise, and data knowledge to manage a complex set of issues through executive and staff stakeholders.
Ability to grow in a fast-paced environment, maintain executive presence and perspective in the midst of changing timelines and rapid decision making.
Ability to take initiatives to get a wide variety of things done and be a part of complex strategy discussions.
Ability to work with teams to frame problems, structure analyses, and deliver impact.
Excellent problem solving and quantitative modeling skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
