Operate battery test equipment to perform routine laboratory cell level testing, including electrical characterization (cycle life, calendar life and performance characterization), dimensional inspections and mechanical tests
Manage and organize battery cell test samples through their entire life cycle. This includes: incoming quality inspection, cell inventory and tracking, test registration, labeling, recording results in a database, verifying data quality, transporting samples, load cells on test equipment, monitor ongoing tests
Compile, organize, summarize and communicate test data to Test Engineers
Communicate issues observed in sample, process, test or documentation to Dupervisor
Participate in test fixture design, instrument and assemble cells into test setup
Manage laboratory equipment, including daily verification, preventive maintenance, yearly calibration
Identify and troubleshoot test equipment and setup as needed
Support laboratory organization and maintain a clean work environment
