* Guide the teams through design concept development, and collaborate with Creative Directors of Writing, Experience Design, and Producers to develop interactive and content strategies.* Provide feedback, listen to perspectives, and resolve conflicts within your team and across Marcom, ensuring all voices are heard and considered.* Lead and collaborate with visual designers, writers, experience designer and agencies to conceptualize ideas and co-direct teams to produce quality work.* Guide emerging designers in crafting meaningful and inspiring content.* Design, review, and empower campaigns for Apple’s brand and products.* Present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives.* Integrate strategies and messaging across online, retail, channel, events, advertising, and new communication mediums.* Work with the Interactive Creative Lead and project managers to ensure schedules are accurate, realistic, and deadlines are met.* Develop and find new talent, plan and staff for an ongoing calendar of projects, and manage outside agencies and vendors for overflow projects.
