As an Associate within the Product Specialist team, you will work closely with Origination to close out newly issued deals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gathering pricing information/common codes
• Working with Legal on rep letters and legal opinions
• Coordination with DTC and placement agent
• Organizing closing calls and managing invoices

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• 2+ years of Fixed income, CLO’s and/or Secondary Loans
• Series 7 & 63 will be required (exams can be taken post offer acceptance)
• Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure
• Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative abilities
• Strong team player that Is detail oriented with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients
• Bachelors degree

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Strong understanding of Excel, Bloomberg, Tableau and any coding language a plus
