- Best Practices Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance on social media best practices to C-level executives, ensuring theyutilizeplatforms effectively.
- Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and maintainan editorial calendar for social media content, ensuringtimelyand relevant posts.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and professional copy for social media platforms, including Twitter and LinkedIn, tailored to the voice and goals of each executive.
- Creative Advisory: Collaborate with the creative team to advise on visual assets that complement and enhance social media content.
- Influencer Identification: Identifykey influencers and relevant content for executives to engage with, including liking, sharing, and commenting to expand their reach and influence.
- Metrics Tracking and Analysis: Track social media metrics and analyze the impact of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in social media strategy development and execution, particularly for senior executives or high-profile individuals.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop visual content.
- Ability to identifyand engage with key influencers and relevant content.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to inform strategy.
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to provideclear guidance to senior leaders.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience working with C-level executives is highly desirable.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $93,799.00 - $140,699.00
