DESCRIPTION

Key job responsibilities- Responsible for the development and maintenance of key platforms to improve seller productivity.
- Work directly with key stakeholders and customers to understand the vision and requirements
- Design, develop, implement, test, and document embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Translate functional requirements into robust, efficient, supportable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture.
- Participate in the full development cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance.
- Evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing software products and tools.
- Produce comprehensive, usable software documentation.
- Diagnose and fix critical software and system failures.

You'll work with a diverse set of stakeholders within SMGS Ops as well as product marketing and our global sellers. You'll work across dependent development teams to gain alignment on strategy and plan.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
