Sales Support & Operations
Prepare compelling ad hoc presentations for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards used by the commercial team
Provide prompt, accurate responses to client and prospect inquiries on non-technical matters (e.g., privacy policies, general product information)
Coordinate follow-up activities for sales calls, meetings, and events to ensure consistent client engagement
Document & Contract Management
Maintain organized document repositories and contract databases
Manage contract lifecycle processes and ensure proper documentation
Oversee client and partner onboarding processes on company systems (e.g., iCertis platform)
Facilitate execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other legal documents
Client Relations Monitoring
Monitor and manage website inbound leads and inquiries
Support client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
Maintain accurate client and prospect databases
Event & Travel Coordination
Plan and organize business travel arrangements for team members
Coordinate sales events, client entertainment, and team activities
Provide on-site support for business development team during events and conferences
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and update reports and presentations for CLG and eBay leadership
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
What you will bring :
4+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business operations, or commercial project management.
Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in deadline-driven, cross-functional environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting executive-level reports and client-ready materials.
Proficiency with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Analytical thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for optimizing processes
Proficient in English and Italian
Familiarity with SaaS, authentication, or digital product ecosystems is a plus knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Jira).
