What you’ll be doing:
  • Support the execution of regional marketing programs and campaigns online and offline including but not limited to field events, online campaigns, in-person campaigns, account programs, third party programs, own programs, digital programs, social media, C-level programs, and trade-shows.

  • Coordinate the set-up, logistics, and administration of programs and their elements in internal digital systems and in real life, and work closely with various teams such as operations, design, product marketing, brand, community, to ensure processes move forward in an aligned, coordinated, efficient, and timely manner.

  • Handle ongoing projects with proactivity such as maintaining our marketing calendar, monitoring speaking opportunities and collecting information for relevant programs, events and new creative campaigns across the North region to determine adjustments and improvements.

  • Offer overall support when needed with a high level of accountability & independence, including handling shipments, staffing Elastic events, coordinating speakers & agendas, travel, planning, expense reporting, vendor management, venue sourcing, attending/presenting during sales weekly meetings, and more!

  • Help manage our email marketing efforts including program invitations, monthly newsletters, follow-up emails with clear segmentations and targeting, within the framework of our operation’s teams guidance

  • Support our social selling on LinkedIn & various other channels and manage program postings on social media channels.

  • Assist with local & regional partner initiatives, including seminars, webinar, lunch & learns, region launches.

What You Bring Along:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, event management, or related fields.

  • Great communications skills in English, both verbally and written.

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience building invites, pages, with Marketo, Splash, or any other similar platform (preferred).

  • Team-worker who is also able to carry out tasks independently.

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the dynamic environment within a complex matrix set-up.

  • Willingness to travel around 15% within the region

  • Creative problem solver with the ability to propose scalable program ideas.
