Provide day-to-day administrative support to help our HR and Recruiting teams run efficiently
Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate telephone, video and face-to-face interviews across different time zones
Answer day to day employee queries via our E-Ticketing system and draft employment contracts
Update candidate and employee life-cycle events in HR and Recruiting systems
Find efficiencies in people operations processes using AI and automated solutions
Support weekly reporting and create ad-hoc reports as required
Support onboarding and office upkeep, including ordering supplies, coordinating desk arrangements, and assisting with office engagement initiatives in Melbourne office
Raise and manage Purchase Orders, and coordinate with multiple vendors and talent agencies
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
At least 1-years’ experience in a HR or Recruiting Coordinator/Administrator role or similar
Ability to deploy AI tools and automation solutions in a work environment; hands-on experience highly regarded
Proficient and quick in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus
Passionate about driving Tesla’s mission and helping your team
Ability to independently solve problems and make informed decisions, using all resources available
Able to operate effectively in a very fast moving, developing, and constantly changing company
Outstanding attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills, with ability to develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels and functions
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think outside the box, suggest and challenge processes
