Expectations and Tasks:

Promote the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered designmethodologies and practicesand ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts. Develop and provide systems, applications,and services tothe expertsupport in operations. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. For delivery, act as a technology expert to execute technical feasibility studies or solution reviews. Define or review technical blueprint for internal IT projects. Customize and develop enhancements. Implement the solutions and provide technical documentation. For operation, act as a cross functional technology expert to execute and support problem management and continuous improvement. Participate in de-escalation activities. Contribute to the Build to Run engagement and to the definition of technical standards and frameworks.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics,or a related field of studyand six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics,or a related field of studyand four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
identifyweaknesses, and make improvements;
Drive strategic SAP direction of short- and long-term IT investment needs;
Facilitate evaluation and selection of SAP software product standards;
Advise customers on technical requirements, constraints, and support including IT critical situations throughout the lifecycle;
Technical planning, implementation, configuration, or integration of SAP solutions;
Agile methodologies including Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or blended approaches; and
Manage and providearchitectlevel support.

Compensation Range Transparency:The annual base salary range for this position is125,611 - $200,200.the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is$133,700 - $227,500and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
