Key Responsibilities
Collaborate across the four global regions of the Ads Measurement team and other key cross-function stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that yield superior outcomes and enhance resource allocation
Build and manage the tracking of the team’s goals and success metrics, including developing comprehensive OKR frameworks for the measurement function and ensuring they align with those of the broader Ads organization
Act as a facilitator for the wider Measurement team, ensuring the right conversations are taking place and that context is broadly and effectively communicated
Leverage data from internal and external sources to evaluate and forecast the success of new partnerships and the health of existing ones
Assist with vendor management and performance monitoring; support budget planning and tracking
Experience & Skills
4-6 years’ experience in operations, project management or similar roles in the media industry
Experience working in a global team, and of collaborating effectively across time zones and designing appropriate synchronous and asynchronous communication channels
Proven track record of designing, implementing and tracking OKRs or similar performance frameworks
Good knowledge of measurement methodologies (e.g. attribution/ROI/experiments) and a solid understanding of emerging approaches and technologies
Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms, is a plus
Appreciation of the critical role played by identity in media measurement, and a solid grasp of the various companies and methodologies prevalent in the space
Demonstrated ability working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to build a good rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent documentation and communication skills; Netflix is a memo-driven culture and you will be expected to write clearly and effectively
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000-420,000.
