As a, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
You will:
- Manage SPIKE, Ariba, FSR, and ServiceNow requests to support order processing and operational efficiency
- Maintain and update the Budget/Purchase tool to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Participate in special modernization projects to drive innovation and process improvement
- Request and process vendor funding to support business initiatives and ensure timely execution
Essential Requirements
- Master's Degree inMarketing or Trade Managementand 2 to 5 years of related experience
- Solid grasp of business processes and baseline knowledge of CSG products
- Proficiency in knowledge management applications and tools
- Decent experience with Ariba and SAP
