As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus on building highly usable, reliable and scalable storage solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing, designing, and implementing system software that brings new functionality, accuracy, scalability, and increased reliability to our storage products.
• Becoming a subject matter expert for our systems, explaining and improving our software, and assisting with troubleshooting.
• Providing technical expertise and leadership.
• Collaborating with our architecture, QA and operational teams to create a world class storage service.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in CS or its equivalent.
• Demonstrate experience with Python.
• Possess experience developing backend software in a Linux environment.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of cloud storage technologies and their associated protocols.
• Have good knowledge of Internet protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
