Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage process engineering projects with a focus on lean principles and Six Sigma techniques, from inception through to successful completion.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of current processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and devise innovative strategies to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process engineering solutions are in alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Offer technical expertise and mentorship to clients and team members, promoting a culture of knowledge exchange and continuous improvement.
• Foster and sustain robust client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering outstanding service to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagements.
• Champion the integration of new technologies and methodologies to stay at the forefront of industry advancements and maintain our competitive edge.
• Mentor and cultivate junior engineers, aiding in their professional growth and ensuring their effective contribution to project success.
• Prepare and present persuasive presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders, articulating the benefits and impact of process engineering initiatives.
• Oversee project budgets, resources, and schedules, guaranteeing profitability and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong emphasis on lean engineering and Six Sigma in a consulting and client-facing capacity.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in engineering projects, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members at all levels.
• Proficiency in process simulation and optimization software, as well as standard office applications.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and oversee project execution.
