Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of mechanical parts include plastic injection molding tray, machining pallet, jig, fixture for SSD drive manufacturing, including conceptualization, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes and equipment for better performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to integrate new technologies and methodologies into the manufacturing process.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for equipment designs and processes, implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Manage equipment development projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and SSD manufacturing technology, incorporating innovative solutions into our operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge in plastic injection molding, sheet metal, jig or mechanical part, design or manufacturing field.
• Profound knowledge of mechanical systems, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of enhancing manufacturing efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Excellent project management abilities, capable of leading projects from conception through to completion.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
