Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance the traveller's journey.
- Oversee data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights.
- Stay at the forefront of data analytics trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain data analytics standards, ensuring data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
- Build and manage data pipelines, redefining raw data into actionable insights.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for data-related processes and findings.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree indifferent fields than Data science or analytics,or any other Technical STEM subjectswith a graduation date of either 2024 or 2025from a Dutch University.This programme is specifically aimed at graduates who do not meet the academic requirements for our entry-level roles.
- An interest in data and analytics, mathematics, statistics, or programming, demonstrated through academic achievements or personal projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A genuine passion for travel and curiosity in technology.

Important note about eligibility
In order to be eligible for this programme, you need to:
- Graduate in 2025 or have graduated in 2024 from anon-technical degreefrom a Dutch University.
- Be available to start a full-time position for our 12-month programme in mid-September 2025.
- Be able to commute to our office in Amsterdam.
